I complete a 90 minute assessment session with you when meeting for the first time to gain a good working understanding of your difficulties, strengths and reasons for seeking therapy. Following this, I will send you a summary of our session and a tailored plan for any future work together.
Post-assessment therapy sessions last for 50 minutes and can be arranged at mutually convenient dates and times.
